Russian e-visa application help without giving up control

We help prepare and review a unified e-visa application. You keep control of the official portal, submission and credentials; Russian authorities keep control of the decision.

Choose the service, passport, dates and entries to see the exact internal total or a written-quote state. Send the complete application first; an eligible one-traveller order can then show a separate fixed-amount EasyStaff payment link.

Includes the named service and digital delivery. Any government, consular, insurance, courier or bank charge not named in the selected product is separate.

This website never collects card details. If available, a fixed-amount EasyStaff link appears only after a one-traveller application is accepted.

Service

The unified e‑visa has fewer documents than a regular visa, but it is not a form to complete while half-watching a film. Assistance is useful where attention is expensive: the passport transcription, portrait, dates, purpose, entry point and final comparison. You should still own the account and understand every answer.

What this service is

Russian e‑visa assistance is a private preparation and review service. It can help you:

  • confirm that citizenship and trip shape fit the current unified e‑visa rules;
  • choose the truthful purpose description;
  • transcribe passport details consistently;
  • prepare a portrait and passport-page image for upload;
  • organise trip, contact and accommodation information;
  • review answers for contradictions or missing fields;
  • plan the official application window;
  • check the issued e‑visa against the passport;
  • prepare a pre-travel document pack.

It is not visa issuance, government representation or a promise of approval.

The control model

Your official MFA portal account should remain yours. You should know the email used, retain access to it and keep the password and one-time codes private.

A safe assistance workflow can use one of two methods:

  1. Preparation pack. We organise the answers and image checks; you enter and submit them on the official portal.
  2. Guided review. You share the relevant screen in a session you control, enter sensitive credentials privately and make the final submission yourself.

No assistant needs your password to explain a field. No legitimate reviewer needs your banking credentials to inspect a portrait.

Before assistance begins

We first look for a clean route fit:

  • citizenship on the current official list;
  • a qualifying tourism, business, guest, cultural, scientific, economic or sporting purpose;
  • one entry;
  • no more than 30 days in Russia;
  • a machine-readable passport meeting the stated validity rule;
  • intended entry and exit through approved checkpoints;
  • ability to meet the insurance requirement.

If the route fails, the useful result is not a more polished e‑visa application. It is a different route.

What you prepare

For an efficient review, have:

  • the passport you will physically travel with;
  • intended entry and departure dates;
  • transport and checkpoint plan;
  • places you expect to stay;
  • home and contact information requested by the form;
  • employment or occupation details as applicable;
  • recent travel and other background information requested;
  • a suitable digital portrait;
  • a clear image of the passport identity page;
  • travel medical insurance meeting the current requirement, unless an official exemption applies.

Each child requires a separate application. A child included in a parent’s passport or family booking is not included in a parent’s e‑visa application.

Timing the application

The official instructions currently allow submission from 86 days until 4 days before intended entry. Processing is stated to take no more than four calendar days.

Four days is a legal edge, not a travel-planning recommendation. A rejected image, payment issue, corrected date or changed flight can consume the entire margin. Prepare earlier and submit once the official window opens and the trip facts are stable.

Moment Sensible action
More than 86 days before entry Confirm eligibility, passport and checkpoint; prepare facts
86–30 days before entry Good planning window for a stable trip
29–10 days before entry Submit promptly and avoid non-refundable assumptions
9–4 days before entry High urgency; small errors carry larger consequences
Fewer than 4 days The normal unified e‑visa submission window is closed

The review: where we look hardest

Identity

Names, date of birth, sex, citizenship, passport number, issue date and expiry date are compared character by character. Transliteration and machine-readable lines need care; “the way friends spell it” has no role.

Purpose and trip

The stated purpose should fit the actual activity. Arrival and departure dates must describe no more than 30 days. The route must use checkpoints authorised for unified e‑visa entry and exit.

Images

The portrait needs a clear, current, compliant face image. The passport identity page needs sharp edges, readable text, natural colour and no glare hiding characters. A technically uploadable image can still be a poor image.

History and contact details

Answers should be complete and consistent with one another. Assistance never means inventing a neat answer where the true one is complicated. A sensitive “yes” answer may require qualified immigration or legal advice.

What you receive from a proper review

The service should give you a concise record, not a vague “looks good”:

  • route outcome and any conditions;
  • field-by-field query list;
  • image pass or specific correction notes;
  • date and checkpoint warning if relevant;
  • unresolved facts that require official or specialist confirmation;
  • final applicant checklist;
  • pre-travel check after issuance.

After the e‑visa is issued

Open the notification and compare the e‑visa with the passport immediately. Check:

  • full name and transliteration;
  • date of birth;
  • citizenship;
  • passport number;
  • e‑visa validity dates;
  • intended entry date within that window;
  • planned stay within the permitted limit.

Save an accessible copy offline and print one. Carry the passport used for the application, the e‑visa notification and travel medical insurance. Keep accommodation and onward-travel details available even when they were not invitation requirements.

Assistance should leave you more in control of the application, not less.

Price and scope

The route check is free. A line-by-line application review costs EUR 60 per traveller, with the official fee separate. The EUR 129 per-traveller assisted package adds structured data preparation, photo and passport-page checks, submission guidance and one standard official e-visa application fee where it is payable. The exact order total appears before passport details are requested.

The order summary identifies:

  • private assistance fee;
  • whether one standard official e‑visa fee is included;
  • insurance or third-party costs;
  • any separately agreed urgent session or re-review fee;
  • what happens if the traveller is not eligible.

Global Voyage arranges the included fee only through the official payment route; it does not replace that route or alter the authority’s decision. The official fee is described as non-refundable once paid. Current official instructions exempt children under six, so an assisted order for a child in that age group is held for a written price adjustment before payment. Private-service refund terms remain separate and should be read before purchase.

Cases we do not compress into a checklist

Seek specialist advice for a complex immigration history, previous removal or refusal, dual-nationality complications, unusual travel documents, sensitive employment, sanctions issues, custody questions for minors or uncertainty about permitted activity.

The purpose of assistance is not to make a difficult fact disappear. It is to identify it before the submit button does.

{ useful questions }

Questions people ask before they commit

Do you issue the Russian e-visa?

No. The application is made through the official Russian MFA portal, and the competent authority decides it. This is private preparation and review assistance.

Will you need my MFA portal password?

The service is designed so you retain your account credentials. Do not share passwords or one-time codes. Assistance can be provided through structured preparation, review or a session you control.

Can you guarantee approval?

No. We can check eligibility and internal consistency, but only Russian authorities can approve, reject or request further action.
