These general terms apply to use of the Russian Visa Letter website and any private assistance purchased under an order summary that incorporates them. Russian Visa Letter is a service operated by ООО «ГЛОБАЛ ВОЯЖ» (Global Voyage), INN 9704243408, OGRN 1247700400958. Global Voyage is the contracting legal operator; the exact product, price, timing and merchant descriptor must still appear before a paid order is accepted.
1. Private-service status
Russian Visa Letter is not a Russian ministry, embassy, consulate, visa application centre or border authority. It does not issue visas and cannot guarantee a visa, invitation approval or entry.
Official applications, fees and decisions remain with the competent authorities. References to “we” or “the service” mean Global Voyage operating under the Russian Visa Letter service name.
2. Website information
Public guidance and the route checker provide general, date-stamped information. They are not personalised legal advice or a government decision.
Rules can change and local procedures can differ. You must check the responsible official source before submission and travel, particularly for eligibility, purpose, passport, insurance, timing and checkpoint rules.
3. Paid services
A paid service may include:
- route or category assessment;
- tourist or business invitation preparation or arrangement;
- e‑visa application preparation and review while you control the official account;
- travel-insurance quotation and certificate checking, where offered, with the named insurer carrying the insured risk;
- document checking and correction support;
- other clearly described assistance.
The order summary states the exact deliverable. Work not listed is outside scope unless added in writing.
4. Invitation issuer and third parties
Where a service involves an invitation, the responsible host or issuing organisation and its role are identified in the order flow. Payment providers, insurers, couriers, authorities and any host used for a non-tourist route can have separate terms and charges.
For tourist support sold through this site, Global Voyage itself prepares and issues the tourist voucher and confirmation as the registered inbound tour operator, RTO 026330. There is no separate Russian Visa Letter company between the customer and the tourist-document issuer. Global Voyage does not issue government visas, and its inbound-tourism registration is not presented as authority for every business, private, work or study invitation channel.
We remain responsible for our own contractual obligations but do not control an authority’s independent processing or decision.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide complete, accurate and truthful information;
- use the passport identified for the application and travel;
- review names, passport data, dates, entries, purpose and route before approval;
- promptly report errors and changes;
- avoid using tourism or business wording to conceal another activity;
- protect passwords, one-time codes and official accounts;
- meet government, consular, insurance and border requirements;
- obtain specialist advice where the case exceeds the service scope.
We may pause or refuse work where information is incomplete, contradictory, unlawful or appears intended to mislead an authority.
6. Prices and payment
The order summary gives the private-service price and currency. Unless explicitly included, government fees, visa-centre charges, insurance premiums, translation, legal advice, courier and travel costs are separate. An insurance calculator result marked “indicative” is not a bindable premium; the written offer and insurer documents control.
Payment is due through the identified channel. Do not send card credentials by email. Taxes and payment-provider treatment are stated where applicable.
7. Timing
Any service target begins at the event stated in the order, normally after complete approved data and cleared payment. A document-service target is not a consular or government processing guarantee.
We are not responsible for delay caused by incomplete or changed information, authority systems, a separately disclosed third-party route, force majeure, appointment availability, carriers or the customer’s late response. We remain responsible for reasonable communication and our own promised work, including the tourist-support work we issue directly.
8. Review and delivery
You must inspect a delivered invitation, review record, visa or e‑visa promptly. The relevant checklist includes identity, passport, dates, entries, purpose and issuer information.
Do not alter issued documents. Report a mismatch through the correction channel before submission or travel.
9. Corrections, cancellation and refunds
The corrections and refunds policy forms part of these terms. It distinguishes service error, customer error, changed plans, unsuitable routes and government decisions.
Mandatory cancellation and consumer rights apply. Personalised or immediately performed services may have lawful limitations where proper information and consent are provided.
10. No decision guarantee
An invitation supports an application; it is not a visa. E‑visa review improves preparation; it is not approval. Authorities can request more information, refuse a visa or deny entry.
No employee or marketing message can create a valid government guarantee. If a statement appears to promise approval, ask for written clarification before purchase.
11. Specialist matters
Unless expressly identified in a separate engagement, the service does not provide legal representation, sanctions advice, tax advice, emergency consular help or litigation services.
Previous removal, criminal history, sanctions exposure, disputed nationality, custody issues, work authorisation and other complex matters can require a qualified professional.
12. Acceptable use
You may not use the site or service to:
- submit false information or forged documents;
- conceal a prohibited purpose;
- access another person’s account without authority;
- disrupt or test systems without permission;
- scrape personal data;
- copy the site at scale or misrepresent it as an official service;
- infringe rights or applicable law.
13. Intellectual property
Original site text, design and tools are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may save or print guidance for personal travel use and share page links. You may not republish substantial content as your own commercial visa site.
Official facts and linked government materials remain subject to their own legal status and rights.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude, including applicable responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct or injury caused by negligence where relevant.
We are responsible for direct, reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our proven breach. We are not responsible merely because an independent authority, insurer, payment provider, carrier or accommodation provider makes a different decision, changes its systems or fails to perform; this does not excuse our own promised work or our duty to choose and instruct processors with reasonable care.
To the extent the law allows a contractual cap, and only for a customer acting in the course of business, our aggregate liability for the affected order is limited to the private-service fee paid for that order. This cap does not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot be limited, breach of mandatory data-protection duties, or any consumer remedy that applicable law protects.
15. Governing law and disputes
The service contract with Global Voyage is governed by Russian law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection that applies in the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
Please send a complaint first to visrusspb@gmail.com, identifying the order, facts and requested outcome without emailing unnecessary passport images. We will acknowledge it within three business days and aim to give a reasoned outcome within ten business days. If the matter is not resolved, either party may use a competent court; consumers retain any mandatory right to bring a claim in another legally available venue or use an applicable supervisory or alternative-dispute channel.
16. Privacy
Personal information is handled under the privacy notice and order-specific disclosures. Do not send credentials or unnecessary sensitive data.
17. Changes and severability
Terms applying to an existing paid order are those accepted with that order, unless a lawful agreed change applies. Website terms may be updated prospectively with a revised date.
If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent permitted by law.
