What the tourist-support document looks like

The issued file contains a tourist voucher and a confirmation. This illustration keeps the layout visible but deliberately blurs every name, number, date and registry value.

Check these three things
  1. Name and passport data match character for character
  2. Trip dates and the number of entries are correct

Common questions

Is a tourist invitation the same as a hotel reservation?

A normal hotel booking is not a tourist invitation. However, citizens covered by Government list 372-r may use a qualifying confirmation from classified accommodation as an alternative tourist-visa document. A generic booking receipt is not automatically sufficient.

Can the invitation include several Russian cities?

A genuine multi-city itinerary can normally be described, subject to the issuer process and the responsible consulate’s requirements. Keep the route plausible rather than filling every day with detail.

How quickly will the invitation be issued?

Tourist documents are usually emailed within one business day after complete, correct data and payment. This does not include consular visa processing.
