The central table currently shows a visa-free route of up to 30 days. Work, study, residence, journalism and other regulated activities can still require a different permission. Recheck the agreement immediately before travel, especially for repeat visits.

What changes when the trip changes?
Up to 30 days, one entry
Jordan is on the current unified e-visa list: one entry, no more than 30 days, an eligible purpose and an approved checkpoint. No invitation is required.
Regular tourist or business visa
A Jordan traveller can still need a regular visa when the stay, entries or real purpose fall outside the simpler route shown above.
Longer, repeated or different trip
A stay beyond the exemption, repeated trips that exceed a cumulative limit, or a purpose outside the agreement can move the traveller into a regular category.
Work and study are not tourism
Jordan: Paid work and study normally begin with the Russian employer or educational institution. Re-labelling the trip to fit a simpler product creates an inconsistent application.
